Marechal Foch is a hardy grape that was able to withstand the cooler temperatures from the base of Mt. Boucherie and a high water table just feet from the edge of Okanagan Lake. Bright fruit notes of cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by rich mocha flavours. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 9 months; 30% French and 70% American oak. By Frind Winery
